Laverique Methode Traditionelle 2014

The Laverique 2014 vintage is a blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay from our Glasnevin vineyard in the Waipara Valley.

The nose is fine with initial almond, apricot and white peach aromatics that develop to biscuit yeast characters of hot buttered toast and a hint of liquorice root.  The palate is elegant, packed with citrus and mineral characters and a beautifully balanced, refreshingly dry finish.

The 2014 Laverique continues our tradition of producing a wonderfully elegant sparkling wine to be enjoyed on all occasions.

After 34 months on bottle lees the wine was disgorged in November 2017.
