Laverique 2012

Laverique Methode Traditionelle 2012

The Laverique 2012 vintage is a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir from the Waipara Valley.

Following traditional methods, the Laverique was bottle fermented, then aged on yeast lees for 32 months prior to disgorging.

The 2012 Laverique continues our tradition of producing a wonderfully elegant sparkling wine. The nose is fine and aromatic with hints of yeast and subtle peach aromas.  The palate is fine and concentrated with a beautifully balanced but refreshingly dry finish.

A sparkling wine to be enjoyed on all occasions.
